Lamb Seekh Kebab
Seekh Kebabs are made with ground lamb and traditionally cooked in a tandoor oven. The kebabs can be served as an appetizer or as a main mean with naan bread and a variety of chutneys.
Ingredients: Lamb, spices, cilantro, green chili, spearmint leaves, salt, ginger, garlic and tumeric.
Cooking Instructions: Heat and serve in microwave or convectional oven.
